A Basic Retreat consists of 1 night's lodging and 3 meals.
A $400.00 deposit is required to reserve our facilities for a retreat.
The remainder of your balance is due during your retreat, unless previous arrangements have been made.

In addition to lodging and "all you can eat" meals, your retreat fees include: recreation use, meeting rooms, any equipment you need for your meeting room
(sound, projectors, screen,TV/VCR/DVD, etc.),
coffee, ice, hayride, and campfire.

Adventure Challenge Course
Low Elements: $10.00 per person
Low & High Elements: $18.00 per person
Meal:  $8.00 per person

RV Hookups: $10.00 per night

Pool Use: $25.00 per hour

Dining Hall Day Use Rental: $125.00 per day
Tabernacle Day Use Rental:  $200.00 per day

Retreat Reservation Requirements in Cabins/Dorms

A $400.00 deposit is required to book a date.

20 person minimum (Can be less if another group has already booked the weekend)

The deposit is non-refundable at 3 months prior to retreat date.

The deposit is non-transferable at 2 months prior to retreat date and may only be transferred once.

Each group must provide a guaranteed number of guests for the first meal and/or pay for that number.

A schedule is required one week in advance of retreat date.

Full payment is expected to be paid at least by the last meal of the retreat.

Retreat Reservation Requirements in Adult Conference Center

A $400.00 deposit is required to book a date.
