Information We Need From You:

Contact numbers for the person scheduling, audio/visual person, & leader at your retreat

Estimated # of guests—include students, adults, speakers, worship team, etc.

Breakdown on # of males and # of females for dorm accommodations

Need for any small cabins for speakers, etc.

# of meals—Please let us know if there will be extra guests for any meals. Groups can do their own meal or meals, using the Back Porch, our outdoor kitchen. If our dining hall kitchen is used for any purpose, one of our kitchen staff must be on site at $8.00 per hour. Sunday breakfast can be no later than 8:00 am and Sunday lunch can be no earlier than 12:00 pm.

Will your group be participating on the Ropes Course, low &/or highs? We will need to know the day, time, length, # of participants (must be scheduled when contract is returned).

Hayride &/or Campfire?—Based on a “first come” basis. We will need to know the day, time, length (must be on returned contract). A maximum of 40 people may ride on the Hayride trailer.

Meeting room—how many meeting areas needed? There may be an additional cost if you need several meeting rooms. Items needed—-tables, chairs, sound equipment, projector, podium, etc. Set up or not? How to set up?

Other activities—Based on a “first come” basis; Must schedule what activities or recreation areas are desired when contract is returned

Would you like to visit our Gift Shop? We will need to know when and for how long.

Information For You: 

-The Adult Conference Center, or White House, is available only for adults or family-type retreats. This is
our Hotel building and linens and towels are provided.
-Dorm accommodations require guests to bring their own linens and towels.
-A $400 deposit must be sent in with the completed original contract by the date stated. This confirms your date. Don’t forget to sign the back of the contract and make a copy for your records.
-The deposit is non-refundable within 3 months prior to the retreat.
-The deposit will be deducted from the total bill, if all facilities are left clean and in good order.
-A final number of guests must be given to us five business days before the retreat. This number will determine the payment for the first meal. After the first meal, the group will pay for actual numbers, which must be at least 80% of the final number given.
-The balance of retreat cost must be paid during your retreat, unless prior arrangements have been made. A refund will be issued promptly if you have overpaid or a bill will be sent if you have an amount owed.
-A retreat schedule is required at least 2 weeks before your retreat (meal times, recreation areas needed,
retreat activities, etc.)
-In addition to lodging and “all-you-can-eat” meals, your retreat fees include use of recreation areas, a meeting room, any equipment needed for meetings, coffee, ice, campfire, and hayride. Use of the ropes course will require an additional per person fee.
-Exclusive use of the camp by groups of less than 150 can be arranged for a flat fee of $400, which is in addition to the cost of lodging and meals. This does not guarantee use of every facility on the campgrounds.

In addition to Dry Creek-sponsored retreats and events, Dry Creek is available for booking private retreats. Basic Retreat – consists of 1 night’s lodging and 3 meals. A $400.00 deposit is required to reserve our facilities for a retreat. The remainder of your balance is due during your retreat, unless previous arrangements have been made. In addition to lodging and “all you can eat” meals, your retreat fees include: recreation use, meeting room, any equipment you need for your meeting room (sound, projectors, screen, TV, VCR, DVD, etc.), coffee, ice, hayride, and campfire.
Retreat Reservation Requirements in Cabins/Dorms
– A $400.00 deposit is required to book a date.
-20 person minimum (Can be less if another group has already booked the weekend)
– The deposit is non-refundable at 3 months prior to retreat date.
-The deposit is non-transferable at 2 months prior to retreat date and may only be transferred once.
-Each group must provide a guaranteed number of guests for the
first meal and/or pay for that number.
– A schedule is required 2 weeks in advance of the retreat date.
-Full payment is expected to be paid at least by the last meal of the retreat.

$100 for 35 people or less ($50 Deposit)
$130 for 36 people or more ($65 Deposit)

Tabernacle Day Use Rental: $250.00 per day
