Hosting Volunteer Groups
Dry Creek Baptist Camp now has power! We’ve been making it work the past couple weeks with generators, but we are so thankful to be back up and running with water AND power as of yesterday.
We will continue to operate as a distribution center for necessary supplies, but now we are also able to host volunteer groups who want to come and serve our community during our time of need. We are so thankful for you!
We are able to host both groups wanting to serve our camp and groups working with churches and disaster relief organizations in the community. Whichever category your group falls under, check out the details below!

Groups Serving Dry Creek Baptist Camp
We currently have needs for the following:
- chainsaw crews
- burn pile managers
- raking
- limb cleanup
If you or your group would like to serve our camp in this way, we will be happy to provide housing and meals for you at no charge.
Groups Serving in the Community
If you have a group desiring to come serve our community through a church or disaster relief organization, we would love to host you at our camp.
We are asking that groups in this category donate a love offering to our ministry to cover the cost of meals and housing.
A donation of $15/person/night and $8.50/person/meal is suggested.
This year has been so hard on our camp, first with COVID and a cancelled summer schedule and now with hurricane cleanup. Thank you to everyone in our community who has rallied around us and each other during this crisis. We couldn’t have imagined the devastation Hurricane Laura left in our area, but we have been so encouraged by the outpouring of love and support that we have seen.
Many have asked about making donations to our camp. If you would like to make a donation, you can do so via PayPal, Venmo, or by mailing a check to us at PO Box 580, Dry Creek, LA 70637. Thank you so much for your support and prayers!!
